Aromatherapy
It is referred to as Essential Oil therapy, can be defined as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. It seeks to unify physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process. As the practice of aromatherapy has progressed, over the years, it has adopted a more holistic approach encompassing the whole body, mind and spirit (energy). We offer Essential oils treatment, such as 100% natural oil with relaxing blend, Lavender, Lemon, rose oil, Jasmine oil and etc.
Remedial Massage
It is a treatment modality that manipulates the soft tissues of the body including movement for a specific therapeutic effect, rather than a general therapeutic effect. It uses relevant techniques, lubricants and movements according to the client’s needs and response. This leads to the healing process, which begins at the cellular level aiding soft tissues in repairing, restoring functional integrity and adapting back to health.
Relaxing Massage
It combines various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. It is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology as opposed to energy work. It can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on what the therapist wants to achieve. It is very helpful to relax your muscle and relief your stress.
Stone Massage
It is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly. It will offer you a nice and warm treatment in cold weather. However, we will also offer you cool massage with cold stone or jade in hot weather.
Back-kneeing and Back-stepping Massage
It belongs to traditional Chinese massage. The various Chinese back-stepping massage techniques not only provide pain relief, but also help treat a number of physical disorders. It is a good choice if you have got stiff muscle on your back and prefer very firm massage.
